Poetry~ Haiku #2

The End
The leaves fall slowly,
Crimson blood seeps out of me,
As I near the end.

  1. This is really good, I really like how the mood stays constant from begin to the end. It seems to be as two things are ending in your haiku, the season and maybe someones life?

    1. Thanks Esther! Yeah I was trying to get the point across that someone was dying, and since autumn signifies death, I decided to include that as well.

  2. Again, another great haiku! Another very dark one. I can tell you enjoy writing about pain. ;) But it's okay, because you're good at it! Very fitting to use autumn, as it is the season that represents death! Yay!

    1. Haha thanks Camilla! I'm not sure it's a good think that I write about pain well…but it's a topic that usually pops up in my writing for some reason. You're comment is very nice so thank you!
